Would not even consider buying a vehicle from any other dealership! ! ! !

I recently took delivery of a 2013 JX 35. Again, the entire experience was one that I have become accustomed to at this dealership. Every aspect of the process was exceptional and exceeded expectations. This is now the 9th Infiniti I have purchased from this dealership along with 2 others from the Nissan side. These folks get it. They know customer service. I live 180 miles from Orland Park and would not even consider buying a vehicle from any other dealership. Now for the JX 35. Awesome! What a great crossover. Try a test drive and see what I mean. Thanks again. Kevin

Superior Service!!!

On the morning of January 23rd my 2011 Infiniti G37x wouldn’t start. I called Mr. Scott Sedlacek, service manager at Infiniti of Orland, to request service and a loaner car for my wife whom was home with our 2 year old and 2 month old daughters. Mr. Sedlacek and his team had the car at my house in 20 minutes. He also kept my wife and I updated on what was going on. After keeping the car overnight he arranged to have my car dropped off at my house and pick up the loaner. Anyone with 2 kids can greatly appreciate this. Mr. Sedlacek went above and beyond to provide us with superior service. I once had an unpleasant experience at Infiniti of Orland, Mr. Sedlacek made up for the bad experience with his responsive service. I now know that my bad experience at Infiniti of Orland wasn’t a true representation of how customers are treated there. Once again I cannot express how accommodating Mr. Sedlacek and his team were.

Product Knowledge- Unbelieveable!

Greetings and Happy Holidays, I thought I’d take a moment out of my day and compliment your service Department. I had the best experience that I ever had working with a service department at Infiniti of Orland Park. I was greeted upon entry by Mr. Robert Snipe and immediately I felt comfortable. Robert went above and beyond the call of duty he not only ensured me that the recall on my vehicle would be taken care of in a timely manner he communicated throughout this stress full encounter. Robert’s product knowledge of Infiniti products is in my opinion, infinite. He gave me tips on care the day to day care of my vehicle as well as a list of what to maintenance and when. In my life experienced dealing with all types of personalities and attitudes (from a business perspective) I feel that the personable attitude with smile and direct results is the one that will receive repeat business as well as build a relationship between customer and caregiver. In closing I would like to say that I have received great care at your business and because of Mr. Robert Snipe I will not only return but recommend that others try your services. Bruce Was Extremely Knowledgeable

My husband David and I knew exactly which car we wanted. We had purchased an M35X in 2006 and were used to excellent service. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable about the car we wanted; he provided information we needed without needless salespitch. When the deal was reached the paperwork was handled expeditiously. Bruce spent over an hour with us explaining the complexities of our new vehicle. He is extremely articulate and obviously believes in the quality of Infinity's product, from vehicle to service to warranty. We were very satisfied with Bruce Bukauski; he is an informed professional.

It was my first time at this dealer, and from the moment I got close to the main door, Gary was just great. I did not have to do much, beside test driving and having a cup of coffee. Everything was soo smooth and everybody was so pleasant. I am very grateful for your service!
