On the morning of January 23rd my 2011 Infiniti G37x wouldn’t start. I called Mr. Scott Sedlacek, service manager at Infiniti of Orland, to request service and a loaner car for my wife whom was home with our 2 year old and 2 month old daughters. Mr. Sedlacek and his team had the car at my house in 20 minutes. He also kept my wife and I updated on what was going on. After keeping the car overnight he arranged to have my car dropped off at my house and pick up the loaner. Anyone with 2 kids can greatly appreciate this. Mr. Sedlacek went above and beyond to provide us with superior service.
I once had an unpleasant experience at Infiniti of Orland, Mr. Sedlacek made up for the bad experience with his responsive service. I now know that my bad experience at Infiniti of Orland wasn’t a true representation of how customers are treated there.
Once again I cannot express how accommodating Mr. Sedlacek and his team were.
