I was unable to view the video because I was informed that there were technical problems with the video system. As a result, I cannot say whether the inspections were completed. The employee who checked me in was very pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. However, the employee who processed my payment was not as courteous. She simply stated the amount due, took my card, returned it, and did not say "thank you." Her interaction felt cold and lacked good customer service.
