I have had this Dealership for nearly 15-years for along as I still possess My 2007 INFINITI QX56 since March 2011 even purchasing numerous INFINITI auto parts and having a Re-Built Engine installed into my 2007 INFINITI QX56. Therefore, basically, I have dealt with this Dealership for years and the staff including the Non-Support staff have all been excellent and helpful to me every time I come into the Dealership for my vehicle requests.

Fantastic facility!!! Awesome staff !!!! Great service. My only complaint is that the service writer or mechanic addressed my vehicle service requirements. The check list stated that I turned down the recommended services and thats a lie. My service writer ( extremely nice polite professional) only gathered me to get my keys and forward me to the cashier. The crazy part is I know my vehicle has a certain issue that was not addressed was never listed as a pair suggestion. Like does my issue require a new air suspension pump, leveler or simple relay ?

Courteous, helpful and professional. I came in with a unique problem that was created elsewhere and required service manager intervention. He was exceptionally attentive, patient and professional. I was also impressed with the respectful manner in which he spoke to his technician as he asked for his assistance in looking at my situation. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. My experience with infinity in Orland Park was a pleasant one. From start to finish the customer service was informative & consistent . The only issue I had was the website needs to be updated, when you type the address that was giving to me from the email I received , Google sends you to an old dealership that’s closed so that was kinda frustrating trying to figure out where the dealership was after google maps had lead me to a closed dealership.

I swear every time I’ve been there and I’ve been going for years but everytime i pull up usually the same guy comes to check me in. As I mentioned before I’ve been there numerous times and my car stand out because I’ve added some things to the exterior. I think for the amount of money that we pay for repairs that there should be a few snacks there other than just coffee while you wait for your car. Yes, there is a vending machine but what about a few little courtesy free snacks. i’m just saying I spent over $1300 there today and I know some people spend more.

I arrived at 10:30 am for a battery check with corroded post, I was told it was the post that needed to be changed because battery tested good, I was charged $129.00 for connectors that only cost $18.99 on Amozon. Only to be told car still wouldn't start and now we made a mistake because now the battery is test faulty and I needed a new battery total ending up being $447.94. I went for a recall on my 2022 QX80. This was my first visit at this location. My original dealership closed, about a block away. The check-in process was smooth. I was told the recall was only a sticker for my inner door panel. The tech recommended a complimentary multi-point inspection when I told him I heard a squeak in my brakes, on a vehicle with approximately 35,000 miles...ridiculous. Not their fault. My sales person, Alyssa, contacted me a few days ago and after our conversations and texts, I decided that I wanted to try to buy from them.. I did the application online and she assured me the in store would be quick because I am so impatient 🤷🏽♀️.

I was able to make an appointment for the very next morning. The Service department was quick to diagnose my cars issue as well as perform a check for additional problems. I received both an email and call about my car. It was ready for pick up by noon. Quick and efficient.

This was my first time at this location. I was very impressed. The service folks were great!
Made appointment in advance for a smell inside car. They said it was probably air filter that needed changed. Appointment was at 9 am and was finished changing air filter at 12. Hard sell to be in there for 3 hours and still have to pay for the change. The staff is very friendly and the facility is comfortable and nice but would definitely be more mindful of booking customers for services that are low hanging fruit and can’t get them out in timely manner.
