Mike got me in got started, did my inspection let me know what I needed to take care of, I was in and out in a few hours
Murad was great. My service didn’t take long at all. It was actually done within an hour. The only thing I was not happy with was the fact that my vehicle was not washed after I was told it had been cleaned.
Although the outcome wasn't what I wanted it to be in regards to getting my car serviced under warranty, Murad was professional throughout the whole process and tried more than once to get the the service approved under warranty. The waiting area is nice and chilly in the hot summer days and coffee is available at the self serve area.
They were friendly, quick, and professional!
Service Advisor was great!!! The new location is a major step down in ambiance etc., feels like your at a Nissan dealership and NOT AN INFINITI dealership, which greatly takes away from the INFINITI ownership experience! I won’t be going back.

I hate buying cars, as dealing with car salesmen is usually an unpleasant experience. However in this case I was pleasantly surprised, Sam my car salesman had the car I wanted to test drive ready for me. I had did a Valet service. Everything went good except I was informed at the last minute that no driver is available to drop the vehicle off. I had to leave during work to get the vehicle. If I would had known that I would had did another day or scheduled another time

My qx50 was serviced here and the waiting room was extremely crowded. I never received any updates on the vehicle I had to call to find out what the status was the next day. There was a hiccup in finding my key.. The car was half cleaned after the repairs were done then I was given my keys to go get my car out of the lot myself when they use to pull your car around to the front for you…This is not the Infinity dealership that I’m used to. Service was great, but I liked better when Infinity had it’s own place across the street.
I took my QX50 for her first oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor, Ken, advised me that it would take an hour and 10 minutes. He texted me while I was waiting asking if I needed anything. He was spot on with the time which included an exterior wash. I appreciated his professionalism and timeliness. Thank Ken.
I took my QX60 in for a couple of fluid flushes and the new drive thru camera system found some issues and then upon their inspection found transmission issues. Adam gave me all necessary information, looked up my warranty, gave me a price and time estimate, gave me a 2026 Pathfinder as a rental. Adam was great to work with and kept me up updated at each step. Thank you Adam with Infiniti/Nissan service team.

Availability of appointments was excellent. Check-in/check-out was timely and efficient. The staff was pleasant and very professional. Waiting area was comfortable and orderly. Relevant updates were provided, work was completed in a timely manner, and pricing was fair. Overall, the experience was very positive and I'd recommend this business.

Our vehicle has been in multiple times now. Last time I wa informed the check engine light was coming on from a bad battery. Installed new battery, well check engine is on again. This is a new issue caused by the Infinity mechanic who replaced a timing seal-the timing is off and causing the co rack engine light. Maybe someday you will fix the car correctly and not cause additional repairs. Now, we have to bring the car back once again.

There was lack of communication regarding my warranty. I wasn’t informed prior to my visit nor before service was done that I would have to pay out of pocket and wait 2-4 weeks for a reimbursement through my warranty. I contacted the service department numerous times after my visit to get an update on my reimbursement and heard nothing back. I’ve been there several times within the past 4 years and never had this issue.
Nail in tire...fixed it washed my car and I was on way. Thank you for swift and friendly service.

Have a 2023 qx80 premium select I have had 3 issues with the vehicle all covered under warranty thank god. Fan clutch, transfer control module, transfer control case, ( some electrical component to that, which fixed the problem, and 3 bad o rings on ac unit. Each time I brought the vehicle in the provided me with a loaner and fixed the car with no problems using the factory warranty. That staff were nice and helpful each time. Great service. My service advisor, Adam was knowledgeable, was prompt & had great service as well.
I called for a last minute appointment and was asked to arrive by 1:30p. Upon arrival my vehicle was immediately collected and I was shown to the waiting area. I waited for about 2 hours, but for a same day walk in appointment, I think it was worth the wait. I had my oil changed and tires rotated and the service department returned my vehicle washed and detailed. I appreciate the prompt service, friendly staff and comfortable waiting area.

My 2025 QX80 was in for routine oil change yesterday. Michael was incredibly courteous and helpful. He pointed out a number of other routine items which were quickly addressed and I left with a clean bill of health. Quick and easy, out by mid morning and on with the rest of my day. Well done!

Natalia, Cam, Chris who helped us with car tech, and the finance manager were all awesome. The only complaint is possibly our fault. We had high expectations of a luxury vehicle with under 7000 miles on it. Honestly, the vehicle prep was subpar, and felt a bit rushed - wax residue on black exterior mouldings. 3rd row windows dirty, debris under seats. Infotainment system was not set back to factory, so several profiles pop up. Several other phones still kinked to Bluetooth. Prior driver items under visor. Prior driver paperwork in glove box. This was my first time at the new dealership in Orland. I love the new space. I was able to work comfortably while waiting on the completion of my oil change. The quote for additional work to be done was rather high, but overall the service was great.,
My salesperson Keith provided excellent service. From my initial phone inquiry, through the final sale, he listened, sent me an appointment to view the vehicle, and helped negotiate the purchase on our behalf. I love my INFINITI!

I was disappointed when my service man texted and stated I needed a belt, which I just received within a 5 to 6 weeks prior. I thought when your car is in, a machine would detect critical or ok. My belt was detected critical. I did text him to come out and speak to me, which didn't happen, therefore I went to the front desk and explained the above.
